B'z LIVE-GYM '96 "Spirit LOOSE" was a LIVE-GYM tour held by B'z in 1996. The tour ran from March 15, 1996 to July 06, 1996. The shows were held in support of the band's best-selling studio album to date, LOOSE.

The show has not been released in full on home video. However, excerpted performances from the tour have been released over time. Foremost, as part of 2008's B'z The Best "ULTRA Pleasure", fans were given a performance of "love me, I love you" as part of its limited edition.
