Unlike other B'z compilations, this best of album includes tracks from their past 20 years and as a result, many tracks available on ''B'z The Best "ULTRA Pleasure"'' overlap with songs found on previous compilations such as ''[[B'z The Best "Pleasure"]]'' and ''[[B'z The Best "Pleasure II"]]''. Disc 1 (known as '''The First RUN''') collects songs from 1988 to 1998, while Disc 2 (or '''The Second RUN''') collects songs from 1998 to 2007. Notably, their latest single at the time of release, [[BURN -Fumetsu no Face-]] was missing, but later selected by fans to be later included on ''[[B'z The Best "ULTRA Treasure"]]''.
